Dinner constitutes 650 calories and 65 grams of carbohydrates. 3 ounces of broiled chicken breast is good to start off with. Eat 2/3 cup of cooked brown rice next. Eat a cup of cooked carrots. Finish dinner with 1 small slice of cake. Tossed salads can also be included for dinner. Make sure that you do not over eat the tossed salad.


For snacks, about 20 fat free chips of any kind. Eat popcorn in small amount. It is also okay to consume fruits in small quantities and some string cheese. It has to be kept in mind that snacks are optional.
