Fastest way to heal a wound

There are so many different ways to heal a wound and how long it takes for a wound to heal is different and is dependent on the individual. So, you had a cut and are worried because you probably have either a baseball game or a tennis game coming up and would like to know of the fastest way to heal a wound.

Apply pressure on the cut or wound and hold it there for a few minutes. Once the bleeding stops, clean the wound using soap and water. I also like to use hydrogen peroxide to clean the wound. Determine how deep the wound is for you may need stitches. If you won’t need stitches then go ahead and apply some Neosporin ointment on the area and then, leave it be. If the need for band aid arises, do so but as sooner you take that band aid off the sooner that wound will heal.

In case there is an infection, you will notice the area red and swollen and there may be some pulsing or throbbing on the area. If there is pus present, take the pus out or clean it out and use a topical cleaner on the area such as hydrogen peroxide and the likes. Apply some antibiotic ointment on the area as well. If you have a cut in your hand and would need that hand for whatever activity, the best thing to do is to treat the wound and clean it and then move the area of exercise the hand as best you can by either using a stress ball or even a tennis ball.
