The key is to change your lifestyle to avoid more heart attacks in the future. Change in lifestyle as in: change of diet – eating more green vegetables and more fresh fruit, quit smoking if you do, stop any alcohol and/or drug abuse, exercise even if only for 30 to 40 minutes 3 to 4 times a week and the exercise does not have to be high impact – low impact exercise is good enough to avoid future heart attacks.
